REMUS completed the acquisition of GLM Group.

REMUS, a supplier of exhaust systems for the automotive, motorbike and aftermarket industries, completed the acquisition of GLM Group, a steel fabricator. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of the GLM Group is a decisive step for REMUS. With this acquisition, we are not only expanding our product portfolio and customer base, but also our technical expertise and production capacities.
