The Cook & Boardman Group completed the acquisition of McBride Door and Hardware.

The Cook & Boardman Group, a specialty distributor of commercial entry solutions and systems integration services, completed the acquisition of McBride Door and Hardware, subcontractors of door, frame and hardware. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to welcome McBride to the Cook & Boardman family of companies. They have a well-established reputation as a quality supplier and installer of Division 8 and 10 products and will help expand C&B's geographical reach in their local market as we continue to enhance our customer service offerings nationwide," David Eisner, C&B CEO.
