Hyand Group, a provider of custom software solutions, completed the acquisition of Sinapsys, a provider of comprehensive software lifecycle services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have already worked very successfully with Sinapsys on various projects, which allowed us to see not only their capabilities but also their cultural fit.
