Coforge, an Indian multinational information technology and digital services company, completed the acquisition of a 17% stake in Cigniti Technologies, a digital assurance, software testing and quality engineering company, for INR6.46bn. The acquisition of Cigniti enables Coforge to scale up and create three new verticals - in retail, hi-tech and healthcare.
