MEKO to acquire Automeister.

MEKO, a car spare parts and accessories retailer, agreed to acquire Automeister, a motor vehicle parts and accessories wholesaler. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Estonia is part of a strategically important region for MEKO where we want to continue growing. Our goal is to be the leader in all our markets, and the acquisition of Automeister is a logical step. This gives us greater opportunities to continue gaining market shares, extract synergies between our Estonian operations, and further improve our profitability," Pehr Oscarson, MEKO President and CEO.
