Unitil completed the acquisition of Bangor Natural Gas for $71m.

Unitil, an interstate electricity and natural gas utility company, completed the acquisition of Bangor Natural Gas, a distributor of natural gas catering to the residential, commercial and industrial sectors, for $71m. “Bangor is an excellent complement to our existing natural gas distribution operations in Maine, and brings a strong team that is dedicated to delivering safe, clean, reliable, and affordable energy to customers.
