Macfarlane Group to acquire Polyformes for £11.5m.

Macfarlane Group, a packaging company, agreed to acquire Polyformes, a foam fabrication and converter company, for £11.5m. "Polyformes is a profitable, growing, well invested company with an experienced management team that is fully committed to the business.
