Investment companies Advent and Generation Investment Management, and Norwegian-based Arendals Fossekompani, offered to acquire Volue, a Norwegian technology company working in the field of energy, power grid, water, and infrastructure, for NOK6.1bn. "We have been following Volue for some time given its strong visibility and prominence in the market. Advent has been investing in the tech sector for over 30 years, and we have been really impressed by Volue and its achievements.
