AIP and Aker Capital completed the acquisition of the feed ingredients business from Aker BioMarine for NOK6.3bn.

American Industrial Partners, an industrials investor, and Aker Capital, a dynamic fund specializing in digital asset, completed the acquisition of the feed ingredients business from Aker BioMarine, a biotech innovator and Antarctic krill-harvesting company, for NOK6.3bn.
