Clayton Dubilier & Rice and Permira offered to acquire Exclusive Networks for €2.2bn.

Clayton Dubilier & Rice, an American private equity company, and Permira, a British global investment firm, offered to acquire Exclusive Networks, a global cybersecurity specialist, for €2.2bn. Investors would get €24 a share under the terms of the deal being discussed, Exclusive Networks informed in a statement. Talks are ongoing and there’s no guarantee they’ll lead to a deal, the company said.
