Gryphon Investors-backed Vetnique Labs to acquire Lintbells from Inflexion.

Gryphon Investors-backed Vetnique Labs, a pet health products company, agreed to acquire Lintbells, a pet supplements provider, form Inflexion, a mid-market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our vision with Gryphon has always been to create a global pet health and wellness platform in the $3bn supplement market.
