Morgan Stanley Capital Partners-backed AWT Labels & Packaging completed the acquisition of American Label Technologies.

Morgan Stanley Capital Partners-backed AWT Labels & Packaging, manufacturer of custom labels and flexible packaging, completed the acquisition of American Label Technologies, a provider of flexographic and offset printing and RFID converting capabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed. “RFID is definitely a strategic product we’ve wanted to add to our portfolio to continue to bring value-added solutions to our customers.
