Hawk Infinity completed the acquisition of 80% stake in Comby.

Hawk Infinity, a privately owned, Norway-based owner of enterprise software companies, completed the acquisition of 80% stake in Comby, a company specializing in managed services and IT outsourcing. Financial terms were not disclosed.
