Quest Diagnostics to acquire select assets of outreach laboratory services business from OhioHealth.

Quest Diagnostics, a provider of diagnostic information services, agreed to acquire select assets of outreach laboratory services business from OhioHealth, a nationally recognized not-for-profit, charitable, integrated health system. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our transaction with OhioHealth exemplifies our ability to attract and collaborate with high quality health systems seeking to optimize their lab services.
