Itago-backed Eco-Techno, a company specializing in wastewater treatment, completed the acquisition of Enviro Solutions, an environmental engineering firm, and Scae, a company that specializes in the design and marketing of machines and systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. "These two operations strengthen the group's positioning both nationally and internationally.
