Foxconn Interconnect Technologies to acquire Auto-Kabel Group.

Foxconn Interconnect Technologies, an electronic connector manufacturing company, agreed to acquire Auto-Kabel Group, an engine parts manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition marks an important milestone in our journey to become a leading provider of intelligent energy distribution systems, electrification, sensor, and connectivity solutions for the mobility industry," Ulrich Eichler, Voltaira Group CEO.
