Wellington Management, a private, independent investment management firm, led the $277m Series D funding round in Element Biosciences, a developer of pioneering technologies to empower science, with the participation from Samsung Electronics, Fidelity, Foresite Capital, T. Rowe Price Associates, and Venrock. “After years of watching Element’s impressive progress from the sidelines, we are excited to support the company’s next chapter of growth and development.
