Zehnder Group, a controlled residential ventilation provider, completed the acquisition of Siber, a mechanical ventilation systems and technologies distributor, from Toni-Nicolás Salame and Quarza Inversiones, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Siber marks another milestone in the focused expansion of our regional residential ventilation business. The complementary nature of our customers and products, coupled with regional strength and a strong innovation capability, make Zehnder and Siber a highly complementary combination," Matthias Huenerwadel Zehnder Group CEO.
