Bunzl, a distribution and outsourcing company, completed the acquisition of Sistemas De Embalaje Anper, a distributor of industrial packaging to end-users, and Holland Packaging, a distributor of bespoke and customised packaging products and supplies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
