Ribera to acquire Asistencia Sanitaria Sistens.

Ribera, a healthcare group services, agreed to acquire Asistencia Sanitaria Sistens, a medical center. Financial terms were not disclosed. The aim of the Ribera healthcare group is to continue the good work carried out to date by the Assistens professionals, while providing its experience to help the clinic grow and enhance its important portfolio of health services for the citizens of the A Coruña area and opening up to collaboration with the administration, highlighting more than 25 years of experience in healthcare management.
