MV Line completed the acquisition of Heinrich Büscher from zwissSUN.

MV Line, an Italian manufacturer of insect and sun protection systems for indoor and outdoor use, completed the acquisition of Heinrich Büscher, a full-service supplier of interior and exterior privacy and solar control systems, as well as insect screens, from zwissSUN, a producer of textile products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
