Francks Kylindustri to acquire Svedan Industri Koleanlæg.

Francks Kylindustri, a Nordic provider of installation and maintenance of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, agreed to acquire Svedan Industri Koleanlæg, a provider of refrigeration and cooling services.
