ZE PAK, a private energy group, and PAK-Polska Czysta Energia, an energy company, agreed to acquire wind farm projects in the Opole province from Neo Energy Group, a developer and operator of renewable energy sources. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The wind project located in the vicinity of Opole is a unique venture that fits perfectly with the ZE PAK Group's transformation strategy, according to which we want to completely abandon fossil energy production. This is a project that has great potential, but is still in the early stages of development. That's why we will first focus on finalizing the necessary paperwork and obtaining permits that will make it possible to determine the final parameters and start construction, so that by 2030 the project will be ready to start construction," Piotr Woźny, ZE PAK CEO.
