Bertin Technologies and FCDE completed the acquisition of Alpao.

Bertin Technologies, an industrialist in high-end instrumentation, and FCDE, a private equity firm that supports the development and transformation of SMEs with a strong growth potential, completed the acquisition of Alpao, an electronics manufacturer.
