The Cook & Boardman Group completed the acquisition of Bunting Door & Hardware and Loktek.

The Cook & Boardman Group, a specialty distributor of commercial entry solutions and systems integration services, completed the acquisition of Bunting Door & Hardware, a material distributor and installer, and Loktek, a dedicated service company specializing in the supply, installation, maintenance, and repair of all commercial doors, locks. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Bunting is one of the most respected CDH companies in the Mid-Atlantic region and we are delighted to have them join the Cook & Boardman family of companies.
