Avista Capital and Hamilton Lane completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Cosette Pharmaceuticals.

Avista Capital Partners, a private equity firm, and Hamilton Lane, a private markets investment management firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Cosette Pharmaceuticals, a specialty pharmaceutical company.
