Synopsis

ACG Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company, completed the acquisition of the Gediktepe Mine, a polymetallic mining operation, currently producing gold and silver, from Çalık, a Turkish company that has been operating in the energy, construction, mining, textile, and finance sectors, for $290m.
