EMK Capital-backed Garda Group to acquire Heras from Equistone Partners.

EMK Capital-backed Garda Group, an European perimeter and technical security company, agreed to acquire Heras, an end-to-end supplier of permanent and mobile perimeter protection solutions, from Equistone Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It has been a pleasure for the Equistone Funds to have supported Heras with the strategic development of its business and its team over the past five years.
