Deel to acquire Hofy.

Deel, a developer of payroll platform, agreed to acquire Hofy, a software company that develops remote work management platform and supplies IT peripherals. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Hofy and Deel together make perfect sense for companies as they look to consolidate their HR, payroll, and IT stacks into one cutting-edge platform," Sami Bouremoum, Hofy Co-Founder and CEO.
