Jacobs Holding to acquire IK Partners-backed ILERNA.

Jacobs Holding, an investment firm, agreed to acquire IK Partners-backed ILERNA, a provider of vocational education. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We would like to thank IK Partners for their continuous support over the past three years.
