FarMedvisie, a provider of software for safe electronic prescribing, completed the acquisition of MediCheck App, a provider of digital tools for medication management and communication between pharmacies and healthcare organizations, from MedIT Solutions, a provider of innovative healthcare and medical education technologies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the acquisition of MediCheck, FarMedvisie adds another strong component to its product portfolio. Moreover, we will also add personnel resources that will strengthen our team – especially in the elderly care segment and in mobile development.
