SAF-HOLLAND completed the acquisition of Assali Stefen.

SAF-HOLLAND, a supplier of trailer and truck components, completed the acquisition of Assali Stefen, a manufacturer of axle and suspension systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to further strengthen our position in the global commercial vehicle supply market with the acquisition of Assali Stefen.
