Bending Spoons, a technology company, completed the acquisition of Issuu, a digital publishing platform, from Heartcore, a venture capital firm, and KDDI Open Innovation Fund, a corporate venture capital fund. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re impressed by what the Issuu team has achieved over the years, and we’re enthusiastic about its future prospects.
