Telefônica Brasil to acquire IPNET and IPNET USA for BRL230m.

Telefônica Brasil, a Brazilian telecommunications group, agreed to acquire IPNET and IPNET USA, a digital transformation services provider for BRL230m. "Our reputation and recognized experience in the market as a technology integrator, combined with the strength of Vivo's brand and sales, can put us on on the front line as the main technological partner of companies in their digital transformation processes," Fábio Carneiro, IPNET CEO.
