TDL Canada completed the acquisition of Microcel from Atar Capital.

TDL Canada, a wholesale distributor, completed the acquisition of Microcel, an electronic parts and electronic communications equipment distributor, from Atar Capital, a global private investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome Microcel to the TDL Canada family. This acquisition is a significant step forward in our vision to expand and enhance our consumer goods division in Canada.
