Saica Group completed the acquisition of Polish subsidiary of Schumacher Packaging.

Saica Group, a company offering sustainable paper solutions, completed the acquisition of Polish subsidiary of Schumacher Packaging, a third-generation family-run packaging company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This will be a very important milestone. Not only this is a step forward in Saica’s business growth strategy, but it also aims to further develop our infrastructure and services in Eastern Europe.
