PLUSCARD, a German company that provides comprehensive credit card processing services for banks and financial institutions, completed the merger with Bayern Card Services, a provider of credit card processing. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Through the successful merger of our companies, we are pleased to be able to offer our customers an even broader range of services, a higher quality of service, and an improved catalogue of services. Our joint focus remains on focusing on the needs of our customers and providing them with tailor-made solutions," Tilo Hacke, Bayern Card Services Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
