Jensen-Group completed the acquisition of Maxi Press, from Auctus Capital Partners.

Jensen-Group, a supplier to the heavy-duty laundry industry, completed the acquisition of Maxi Press, a manufacturer of spare parts and consumables intended for laundry machine manufacturers, from Auctus Capital Partners, a financial services and investment banking firm focused exclusively on creating value for the lower middle market. Financial terms were not disclosed.
