FREY Group completed the acquisition of Retail Outlet Shopping.

FREY Group, a developer, acquirer, and manager of open-air shopping centers and outlet malls, completed the acquisition of Retail Outlet Shopping, operating as a retail real estate consulting and center management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to announce a major strategic operation for FREY. The signature of the binding acquisition agreement of ROS, Europe’s 4th-largest outlet operator, will not only give us access to a very high-performing asset class but also offer us vastly diversified geographic exposure," Antoine Frey, FREY Group Chairman and CEO.
