Infopro Digital to acquire Built Environment Networking.

Infopro Digital, a business information services company, agreed to acquire Built Environment Networking, organizer of events for the real estate, property and infrastructure communities. Financial terms were not disclosed. "UKREiiF has become a leading brand in the real estate, property and infrastructure sector, resembling the success we have achieved with SIMI in France.
