Edwards Lifesciences completed the acquisition of JenaValve and Endotronix.

Edwards Lifesciences, a provider of science of heart valves and hemodynamic monitoring, completed the acquisition of JenaValve, a medical device company, and Endotronix, a digital health medtech company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “These acquisitions expand our opportunities to address the unmet needs of aortic regurgitation and heart failure patients around the world.
