Ferrero-backed CTH Invest completed the acquisition of Nonni’s Bakery from Vestar Capital Partners.

Ferrero-backed CTH Invest, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of Nonni’s Bakery, a premium artisanal biscotti cookies and baked goods manufacturer, from Vestar Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The coming together of Nonni’s Bakery with the Ferrero extended family returns Nonni’s to its Italian roots and plants our great brands into the most fertile soil for continued growth and development,” Mark Kleinman, Nonni’s Bakery CEO.
