Sheboygan Paint Company completed the acquisition of Bradley Coatings Group from United Paint and Chemical Corporation.

Sheboygan Paint Company, a Wisconsin-based family-owned manufacturer of liquid industrial coatings, completed the acquisition of Bradley Coatings Group, a provider of coatings for diverse end-use applications in the transportation and general industrial metal segments, from United Paint and Chemical Corporation, a manufacturer of coatings for both rigid and flexible substrates. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Bradley Coatings is an excellent fit and will complement our comprehensive product offering, giving our customers more choices across water, solvent and radiation cure technologies,” Paul Krueger, Sheboygan Paint Company President & CEO.
