CB Sapphire Aggregator completed the acquisition of Shape Technologies from American Industrial Partners.

CB Sapphire Aggregator, a Charlesbank Capital Partners affiliate, completed the acquisition of Shape Technologies, an ultrahigh-pressure process solutions provider, from American Industrial Partners, a middle-market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
