Gilde Equity-backed Licent, a Dutch financial services group, completed the acquisition of De Jong & Van Diermen, a Bunschoten-Spakenburg-based insurance and financial advisory firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The story of De Jong & Van Diermen aligns seamlessly with Licent, a firm in an area where the local aspect is strongly felt," Ralph van Helden, Licent CEO.
