Casey’s General Stores, an operator of convenience store chains, agreed to acquire Fikes Wholesale, an operator of convenience store and filling stations, for $1.15bn. “The acquisition by Casey’s, especially given its reputation and shared values, is an exciting development for Fikes and our employees.
