Whiteoak-backed Sovereign Capability Group completed the acquisition of Insitec.

Whiteoak-backed Sovereign Capability Group, a technology company, completed the acquisition of Insitec, a computer support and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Delighted to support Sovereign Capability Group to acquire Insitec.
