Attica Bank, the fifth largest Greek bank, agreed to merge with Pancreta Bank, a cooperative bank in Greece. The proposed exchange ratio is 0.029 new common registered shares of Attica Bank for each common registered share of Pancreta Bank, while the shareholders of Attica Bank will retain after the merger the same number of shares they owned before the merger.
