TowerBrook completed the acquisition of a majority stake in JSM Group from Rutland Partners.

TowerBrook, an investment management firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in JSM Group, a technical and utility infrastructure services provider, from Rutland Partners, a private equity investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to be working with the founders and management team at JSM.
