Synopsis
Bridgepoint-backed MiQ, a technology-enabled programmatic media partner for marketers and agencies, completed the acquisition of Pathlabs, an end-to-end media execution partner for independent agencies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With more than $25bn in digital ad spend handled by independent agencies in the U.S. today and a meaningful portion of that outsourced to managed service providers, we see tremendous opportunity to capitalize on such a rapidly growing segment of our addressable market,” Charlie Neer, Co-CEO of MiQ.
